You think vertical rocks are just for extreme climbers? Or climbing always means enduring effort without comfort? Come with us to the Garda Lake Region where comfortable Italian way of life coexists with climbing thrill. We promise an astonishing blend of outdoor sport, thrill, culture, comfort and more.

Via Ferrata or literally “Iron Way” are climbing routes secured by fixed steel wires on rocks. It makes the vertical world possible for more people and is suitable for almost everybody averagely fit and with a head of heights. Under supervision of our IFMGA (International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations) certified guides it is also a relatively safe activity. An alpine experienced and knowledgeable Indonesian and English speaking assistant guide will support the group and ensure more safety and better course of the trip. And if needed, as a professional photographer specialized in outdoor sports (http://www.nurtantio.com) he will show you some tips in outdoor photography as well. We will start with a hike, then open the climbing week with an easy route and continue up to the highest Ferrata, an unbelievable route up a 1400 m rock face! If you want.

We won´t forget to enjoy cappuccino, antipasti, homemade pasta and pizza and a lot more. Hey, we´re in Italy, right? Tired of climbing? What about an Intermezzo enjoying the ultimate City of Love? Venice is in fact a rewarding day trip destination from our base. And the famous theater in Verona as well. Or spend a day at the Garda Lake. Our hotel is just a few meters away from its shore. There are a lot of beautiful towns all around the lake too. And for those who cannot resist shopping, Garda Lake Region is just a perfect spot for shopping frenzy.

Day 1
Departure Jakarta CGK or Malaysia and Singapore.

Day 2
Arrival Milano Malpensa MXP around noon. Minibus transfer to our hotel in Torbole sul Garda. Afternoon time free for first walks in the small town. The beautiful lake is just few steps away.

Day 3
First hiking day. After breakfast in the hotel, drive through a scenic route to Molveno lake. Nearby is the starting point of our first hike to Croz dell´ Altissimo (2339 m) with amazing view of the famous Brenta Range.

Day 4
Let´s go vertical. After an instruction by our mountain guide we scale our first via ferrata, the “Colodri”. Just right as first climb. It´s amazing, how easy it is to move up a steep wall. The iron cables installed on the wall make it possible. The descent leads us through beautiful olive gardens and pass the pilgrimage church Maria Laghel. Just short later we reach climber town Arco, which holds legendary annual world championship in rock climbing. After the lunch break we can just go shopping or drive to dro and try the short but technically more challenging Rio Sallagoni ferrata. It´s up to you.

Day 5
We´re ready for more. The ferrata Cima Rocca´s waiting for us. Actually an “enchainment” of several ferrate overlooking the Garda Lake. It´s never too difficult. Simply fun. And what a view!On the way back through vineyards we enjoy Cappuccino (hey we´re in Italy!) before returning to our hotel.

Day 6
Need some more? The ferrata Gerardo Sega with its breath taking 600 m rock face is our goal today. The mixture of hiking, steep wall and mountain view is simply enjoyment.Espresso, Cappuccino, Mocha... Taste the coffee roasted in the region and maybe buy some to take it home? We know the place and could include a factory visit on the way back to hotel!

Day 7
We offer 2 options today: those needing a break or some cultural program there´s a non-guided city trip to Venice or Verona. We will organize the shuttle, the rest is easy for “do-it-yourself”, since those cities receive quite many visitors.Second option is to climb the ferrata dell´ Amicizia over the famous town Riva Del Garda. 1200 meters up, long vertical ladders, simply spectacular.

Day 8
After those ferrate we are ready for more challenging one. Depends upon the ability of the group, your mountain guide will offer a significantly “different” one. E.g. the extremely long via ferrata Ernesto Che Guevara with its exposed 1400 m (!) high wall, or shorter but much more difficult Monte Albano.Or you think you have enough action? No problem, we offer you e.g. “shopping action”. Small town Arco is best for shopping outdoor gears. Riva and others offer fashion and more. Your tour leader also knows where locals buy their wine and olive oil. The olive oil of the region is famous for its high quality. There are wine and olive oil filling stations like gas station.

Day 9
After breakfast we still have some time for shopping or enjoy the lake before our bus departs for Milano airport.Departure to Indonesia / Malaysia / Singapore.

Day 10
Arrival in Asia.
