You think vertical rocks are just for extreme climbers? Or climbing always means enduring effort without comfort Come with us to the Garda Lake Region where comfortable Italian way of life coexists with climbing thrill. We promise an astonishing blend of outdoor sport, thrill, culture, comfort and more.
Have you ever thought about hiking on gleaming glaciers? Smooth alpine meadows? Or scrambling up hair-raising rock safely? Not just enjoying them from a view point separated by a fence? Come with us to the Monte Rosa.
“The Red Mountain” is a range stretching across the Swiss Italian border. Surely one of the most beautiful in the European Alps. It boasts some of the highest peaks, biggest glaciers, and the highest building of Europe. Most visitors believe, it is best enjoyable from viewpoints around tourists packed towns below like famous Zermatt. But why not enjoying it by being part of the spectacular scenery itself? You think it´s impossible? Let us surprise you with a truly unique experience.
Whether just to enjoy mountain walks or the fresh air and incredible nature. Or why not see it as a challenge? You can also consider this as a training for an expedition or high altitude trek e.g. in higher Himalayas, Andes etc. Our highest overnight stay will be at 4554 m above sea level! Or about at the same level with Kilimanjaro´s highest camp Barafu and even higher than famous Matterhorn summit! Beside about nature you can learn all about the right strategy during high altitude walks. You will see, it´s not a survival training though you can learn about it if you wish. Our experienced guides will accompany you and show you the techniques. They are certified by the IFMGA (International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations), an obligation to guide in glaciated terrain in Europe. An alpine experienced and knowledgeable Indonesian and English speaking assistant guide will support the group and ensure more safety and better course of the trip. And if needed, as a professional photographer specialized in outdoor sports (http://www.nurtantio.com) he will show you some tips in outdoor photography as well.
Last but not least, just to complete the experience we will fly by chopper from the top, roaming just few meters above the glacier and coming very close to the famous Matterhorn.

Day 5
Well acclimatized we reach higher and enter an alpine environment today. Our goal is the Gnifetti Hut (3647 m) located like a bird nest on rocks surrounded by ice! The last stretch we walk on glacier ice. In the afternoon we learn to use harness, crampons and ice axe.

Day 7
It is not a stroll today. We will feel the altitude and thin air on our hike up to the Margherita Hut (4554 m). But we promise, it´s worth all the effort. It is the highest mountain hut in Europe. And the highest building in Europe as well!Again we move on the glacier the whole day. Ice, ice, ice, all around us. The scenery is just breath taking. We will see the Matterhorn below. Yes, below! Because the Margherita Hut is higher than that beautiful and world famous summit. For the strong ones there are possibilities to climb some summits along the way like Ludwigshoehe (4341 m), Parrotspitze (4436 m) and the Zumsteinspitze (4563 m). Or just spend the afternoon enjoying the thrilling view from Europe highest balcony. Please note that we will only stay in this hut if everybody is fine. In case somebody gets symptoms of altitude sickness, we must descend to the Gnifetti Hut.
Day 8
Another great experience is waiting for us today. After breakfast the helicopter will pick us up from the hut to fly us straight to Gabiet Hut. Wait! We actually will not fly straight but make a „little“ detour flying over the huge Monte Rosa massive and come very close to the famous Matterhorn. It is an unforgettable and crazy experience flying just few meters above the huge glacier. In the afternoon we have the chance to relax and “digest” all those experiences while enjoying the scenery around Gabiet Hut. The owner family will serve a typical Italian dinner to celebrate our trip.
